These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of all services, plans, memberships and engagements offered by Avant Dental Network.

1. SCOPE

These Terms apply to:

• Patients
• Clinics
• Corporate organisations
• Institutional partners
• All ADN programs and services

2. SERVICES TO PATIENTS

Avant Dental Network provides:

• Access to network clinics
• Dental care plans
• Preventive programs
• Appointment facilitation

ADN does not replace or override clinical judgment of dentists.

3. PLANS AND MEMBERSHIPS

All ADN plans:

• Are non-transferable
• Are valid only within the specified period
• Must be used as per defined inclusions
• Cannot be exchanged for cash

4. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY

Users expressly agree that:

• All payments are final
• No refunds will be provided under any circumstances
• Unused benefits cannot be carried forward
• Unavailed plans are deemed lapsed after expiry

This applies to:

• Patient plans
• Corporate programs
• Clinic subscriptions
• Any ADN service payments

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

• ADN does not cancel active plans
• Appointments may be rescheduled as per clinic availability
• Missed appointments are considered consumed services where applicable

6. CLINICS – TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

For partner clinics:

• All engagements are governed strictly by the signed MoU/Agreement.
• Deliverables, revenue sharing, responsibilities, and obligations are as per mutually signed documents.
• ADN is not liable for clinic-level operational issues.

Any disputes with clinics will be resolved solely as per the MoU.

7. CORPORATE AND BUSINESS ENGAGEMENTS

For organisations and institutions:

• All programs, camps, CSR initiatives, and partnerships are governed by separate MoUs or contracts.
• Pricing, scope, and deliverables are as per signed agreements.
• No refunds or cancellations once an engagement is confirmed.

8. USER OBLIGATIONS

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Follow clinic instructions
• Respect appointment schedules
• Use services ethically

9. PRICING

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Taxes and statutory charges are additional where applicable.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.

If unresolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru City.

11. INDEMNITY

Users agree to indemnify ADN against any claims arising from:

• Misuse of services
• False information
• Violation of laws
• Breach of these terms

12. FORCE MAJEURE

ADN shall not be liable for failure of services due to events beyond control including natural disasters, technical failures, pandemics, or government restrictions.

13. AMENDMENTS

ADN reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
